Customer service and appraisal counseling We are looking for a **Gold Appraiser** responsible for evaluating gold items presented by customers, determining their authenticity, weight, and value for granting pawn loans or purchasing items. The candidate will be responsible for providing customer service, explaining the appraisal process, and ensuring proper handling of pledged items and documentation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Appraising gold items through testing and weighing. * Determining the karat and value of pledged items. * Providing in-branch customer service and counseling. * Preparing contracts and recording transactions. * Safeguarding and controlling received pledged items. * Supporting commercial activities and meeting performance targets. **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete high school education. * Experience in sales, customer service, or pawnshops (preferred). * Numerical aptitude and strong verbal communication skills. * Honesty, responsibility, and attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Base salary + commissions. * Training for gold appraisal. * Opportunity for growth.
