Management of insurance-related procedures ### **CLAIMS APPRAISER – Geely Polanco Automotive Dealership** Geely Polanco is looking for a **Claims Appraiser** with experience in the automotive sector, responsible for assessing vehicle damage and managing procedures with insurance companies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct physical assessments of accident-damaged vehicles (partial disassembly and damage inspection). * Prepare repair estimates and quotations. * Compile case files and follow up on insurance-related procedures. * Maintain constant communication with insurance companies, supervisors, and workshop personnel. * Ensure timely responses and accurate process documentation. ### **Requirements:** * Technical high school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Mechanics or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a claims appraiser at a dealership or repair shop. * Familiarity with appraisal tools and insurance company platforms. * Negotiation skills and attention to detail. * Customer service orientation and teamwork ability. ### **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of **$16,000** * Biweekly payment * Statutory benefits * Gym membership benefit via the **Wellhub** app * Professional development **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. \- Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Location:** Blvd. Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra 255 PB, Granada, Miguel Hidalgo, 11520 Ciudad de México, CDMX
