Job Description: Main Responsibilities: \* Integrate and review client files (loans, identification documents, appraisals, contracts). \* Track procedures (notary, bank, valuation, signing, releases). \* Control and update property and client databases. \* Manage and monitor messages on WhatsApp Business. \* Schedule appointments and organize calendars. \* Manage payments, advances, and reminders. \* Support publishing and updating properties in catalogs and groups. \* Organize digital files in Drive. Ideal Candidate Profile: \* Organized and structured. \* Strong writing and spelling skills. \* Ability to consistently follow up on tasks (no incomplete processes). \* Discreet and reliable. \* Basic proficiency in Excel, Drive, and WhatsApp Business. \* Prior experience in real estate or administrative sectors is desirable.
