An organization with over 100 years of prestige and a social mission A prestigious pawn and banking institution with 106 years of history, dedicated to supporting underprivileged children in Mexico, is seeking: **Support Staff Appraiser** **Location: Puebla City** **Willingness to travel to branches in Atlixco, Izúcar, Cholula, Tehuacán, and Puebla City** **(Travel allowances provided for out-of-town branches)** Training provided in CDMX (willingness to travel required) Requirements: * Technical or TSU degree; bachelor’s degree preferred * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, pawn operations, promotion, or customer service Key responsibilities include: Providing excellent customer service and determining the value of collateral in accordance with policies and procedures, in order to define the loan amount to be granted. * Integrity and responsibility * Service-oriented attitude * High frustration tolerance and ability to work under pressure * Availability for full-time employment We provide training to help you become an excellent Appraiser.
