The Executive Chef possesses passion for cooking and enthusiasm for nurturing and developing a dedicated team of chefs and cooks. The Executive Chef is capable of controlling labor, food costs, and operational expenses. They develop creative menus and food promotions and oversee their execution. They are responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen department, ensuring appropriate supervision; efficient, organized, safe, and hygienic work areas; and delivery of the highest-quality products to guests and staff.
