Carry out receiving, storage, inventory control, and order picking activities, operating forklifts safely to ensure proper product handling and maintain warehouse inventory order and control. Main Responsibilities * Operate **forklifts** for loading, unloading, and arranging merchandise. * Receive merchandise, verifying **quantity, condition, and documentation**. * Properly arrange products within the warehouse according to established guidelines. * Assist in **order picking and preparation**. * Keep physical **inventory control records up to date**. * Support **cycle counts and general inventories**. * Verify that merchandise is **correctly identified and stored**. * Maintain **order and cleanliness of the work area**. * Comply with **safety procedures for forklift operation**. Job Requirements **Education** * Junior high school or high school diploma. **Experience** * Minimum **1–2 years in a warehouse**. * Experience operating **forklifts**. **Technical Knowledge** * Safe operation of **forklifts**. * Basic processes of **receiving, arranging, and picking merchandise**. * **Inventory control**. * Basic handling of warehouse records or forms.
