Here, your work truly matters—and so do you. **What will be your mission?** Carry out daily warehouse operations, ensuring correct receipt, storage, preparation, and dispatch of materials and products while maintaining traceability, order, and safety standards. **️** **This is what you’ll do every day** * Receive goods: verify delivery notes, identify discrepancies, and register incoming shipments in internal systems. * Locate and organize products in the warehouse according to principles of order, rotation (FIFO/LIFO), and traceability. * Prepare orders and kits as instructed (picking), verifying quantities and packaging. * Label and code materials to facilitate location and control. * Load and unload vehicles, and coordinate logistics with carriers and other departments. * Conduct periodic inventory counts and stock reconciliations, reporting discrepancies to the warehouse manager. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety conditions in the work area; support continuous improvement initiatives. * Record movements and consumption in internal systems (SAP/PINS or other tools) and ensure documentary traceability. * Follow and promote safety regulations and best practices for material handling and equipment use (forklifts, pallet trucks, etc.). **What you need to excel in this role** * High school diploma or technical qualification; training in logistics or warehousing is a plus. * Minimum 1 year’s prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or similar roles; recent graduates with strong attitude and motivation are also welcome. * Basic knowledge of stock management and document control. * Basic Excel skills and willingness to work with internal systems (SAP/PINS or others). * Physical capability to handle parcels and adapt to varying work rhythms. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks. * Collaborative attitude, effective communication, and willingness to work in a team. * Forklift operator certification or experience with material handling equipment is a plus. **What we offer you at Eurofragance?** Much more than just a job—this is what we’ve prepared for you: * Stability and growth opportunities within a solid and expanding company. * Flexible working hours and shift options based on operational needs. * An international and multicultural environment fostering professional development. * Medical and life insurance for your peace of mind. * Dental coverage and reimbursements for medical check-ups. * Flexible benefits tailored to your lifestyle. * Ongoing training and internal development opportunities. * Work-life balance policies and leave provisions for important family moments. **Why Eurofragance?** We create a diverse and inclusive space where everyone is welcome—regardless of gender, age, origin, orientation, or ability.
