We seek a professional experienced in entering and registering data related to inventory handling and procurement in the warehouse area. The selected candidate must be responsible, possess strong attention to detail, and be capable of working efficiently under pressure. **Education Level:** * High School Diploma **Experience:** * One year in warehouse or similar area * One year of data entry experience (Mandatory) * Basic Excel knowledge * One year of accounts payable experience (preferred but not mandatory) * Accustomed to lifting loads of 20 to 50 kg **Responsibilities:** * Preparing quotations and purchase orders. * Negotiating and following up with suppliers. * Preparing and tracking purchase orders. * Receiving goods from suppliers. * Registering and processing supplier payments. * Reviewing and validating supplier payment receipts. * Reconciling invoices with physical goods. * Receiving, validating, and controlling documentation. * Supporting inventory activities. * Assisting with moving and palletizing boxes weighing 20 to 50 kg. **Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday; fixed rest day on Sundays * Shifts: 9 AM to 6 PM and 11 AM to 8 PM **We Offer:** * MXN 10,000 net per month * Bi-weekly payments on the 5th and 20th of each month Bring your experience and talent to help us maintain excellence in our warehouse and procurement management.
