At **Smart Bamboo**, Mexico's leading brand in sleep and home products, we are undergoing an exciting process of remodeling and rebranding our **62 stores nationwide**. We are seeking a **Visual Merchandising Specialist** to lead the visual transformation of our store network and elevate the brand experience at every point of sale. ### **What will you do?** * Define and implement Visual Merchandising standards across all our stores * Design planograms and display guides * Develop visual materials for store teams * Conduct visits and audits across the Mexican Republic * Train regional teams * Collaborate with the international executive team ### **Who we are looking for:** * 3–5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising (retail or fashion) * Experience in large-scale implementation projects (rollout) * Proficiency in Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, or SketchUp * Willingness to travel extensively * Intermediate–advanced English (mandatory) ### **We offer:** * Permanent full-time position * Competitive salary * Travel expenses covered * Direct collaboration with the international executive team * Involvement in a strategic national transformation project If you are passionate about design, brand experience, and high-impact projects, we want to meet you!
