Job Summary: We are seeking a high-quality static content designer obsessed with conversion to create visual assets using AI and Adobe tools in a startup environment. Key Highlights: 1. We connect car owners with available vehicles to individuals needing personal-use rentals. *An Airbnb for cars*. We operate in CDMX, Cancún, Mérida, and Guadalajara. We are a Mexican startup building a team ready to grow alongside the company. **THE ROLE** We seek a designer specializing in high-quality static content creation. You will produce 5 new assets weekly across multiple formats (banners, posts, carousels, stories, ads) using AI (Gemini, Nano Banana, Adobe Pro) for speed and quality. When AI output lacks detail or quality, you’ll perform manual post\-editing using Adobe tools. You’ll design for both target audiences.\_ **Your obsession: converting—not just designing beautifully.**\_ **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TOOLS** * Develop 5 high-impact creatives weekly, optimized for conversion * Execute advanced post-production in Adobe Photoshop, elevating quality where AI requires refinement * Strategically iterate based on performance metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA) with an agile mindset * Provided creative tools: Adobe, Freepik Pro, Gemini Pro/Nano Banana for maximum efficiency. **PROFILE AND OPPORTUNITY** * Advanced student (mid-degree) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field—with strategic vision for digital creativity * Advanced proficiency in contemporary AI tool stacks * Demonstrable hands-on experience with Adobe Suite * Startup mindset: willingness to grow rapidly in an agile, iterative, high-impact environment * Hybrid work mode (remote + office in southern CDMX zone) (Content-generation tools for weekly stock will be provided) * Clear career path toward Design Lead, with guaranteed company scalability Salary: Starting at $10,000\.00 per month Language: * English (Mandatory) Workplace: Hybrid remote in Mexico City
