Development within a company focused on quality and continuous growth **JOB OBJECTIVE** Lead the full execution and coordination of residential and vertical construction projects, ensuring compliance with established time, cost, quality, and delivery objectives, as well as proper administration of resources, personnel, and contractors—supervising each stage of the construction process with a focus on operational efficiency, site control, and excellence in execution. **IMPORTANT NOTE:** ONLY RESUMES FROM WITHIN THE STATE OF YUCATÁN WILL BE ACCEPTED. **CRITICAL PROFILE** We seek a candidate with proven, solid experience in executing residential housing and vertical construction projects, with direct involvement in construction processes, supervision, and project handover. Essential experience includes: * Construction of high-end residential housing * Development of vertical construction: Apartments, residential towers, and residential buildings. NOTE: Candidates whose primary experience lies in maintenance, industrial construction, retail or commercial projects—and who lack relevant residential/vertical construction experience—will not be considered. A field-oriented career path is required, emphasizing operational control and construction execution, with the ability to coordinate construction processes and ensure successful outcomes in high-end residential projects. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Comprehensive supervision of construction execution across all phases: structure, installations, and finishes. * Coordination and direct follow-up with contractors, suppliers, and work crews to ensure productivity and operational compliance. * Monitoring physical progress against the established schedule, identifying deviations, and proposing corrective actions. * Reviewing and validating estimates, generators, progress reports, and related technical documentation. * Supervising material control, productivity metrics, and efficient use of resources on-site. * Ensuring execution and finish quality, guaranteeing deliveries conform to project standards. * Tracking operational incidents and ensuring compliance with construction processes and technical guidelines. * Maintaining effective communication with management, internal clients, and work teams to ensure project objectives are achieved. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** * More than 3 years of experience supervising and executing construction projects from start to finish. * Proven experience in residential housing projects. * Proven experience in vertical construction, including apartments, towers, or residential buildings. * Experience managing personnel, coordinating teams, and making on-site decisions. * Solid knowledge of construction processes and blueprint interpretation. * Experience in site control: estimates, progress tracking, generators, and operational follow-up. * Personal vehicle is mandatory for transportation and on-site supervision. **CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED:** * Experience focused exclusively on maintenance. * Career path limited solely to industrial construction, infrastructure, or non-residential projects. * Candidates lacking direct experience in residential or vertical construction. **WE OFFER:** * Job stability and opportunities for professional growth * Participation in expanding residential and vertical construction projects * Development within a company focused on quality and continuous growth. * Statutory benefits. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 7:50 AM to 5:00 PM * Saturdays: 7:50 AM to 1:00 PM Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms Application question(s): * Do you have proven experience in residential and vertical construction?
