Represent the brand in new cities and destinations. **WE ARE HIRING: Experience Host \& Travel Lead** **Location:** Zapopan, Jalisco **Job Description** We are looking for an **Experience Host / Travel Lead** with high charisma and passion for tourism to serve as the brand’s **host and ambassador**. The candidate will be responsible for **guiding, entertaining, and creating authentic**, safe, and memorable experiences for domestic and international tourists. Responsibilities * Guide and energize tourist groups throughout the experience * Safely transport passengers to tourist destinations * Provide personalized assistance and resolve inquiries * Coordinate logistical arrangements for tours and trips * Represent the brand in new cities and destinations Requirements * **Advanced English (mandatory)** * Valid driver’s license (preferred) * Valid passport (preferred) * Availability to travel * **Extroverted, charismatic, and service-oriented personality** * Enjoyment of interacting with tourists and foreigners * Interest in Jalisco’s culture and experiential tourism Routes and Destinations * Tequila and Arandas * Huaxtla Waterfalls * Akron Stadium (Host access to Chivas matches) * Upcoming expansion: CDMX, Riviera Maya, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, and Colombia Salary and Benefits * **Base salary:** $9,500 MXN monthly \+ IMSS * **Variable income:** up to $6,000 MXN (tips \+ commissions) * **Extra-day pay:** $700 MXN per additional day * Flexible schedule (max. 5 days per week) * Typically 3 rest days * **Vacation:** 15 days annually * Guaranteed time off on December 24 and 25 Interested candidates please submit CV Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Language: * English (Mandatory) Workplace: On the road
