Our offer includes: * **Compensation:** MXN 18,000 net monthly. Direct employment contract and statutory benefits. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. * **Work Location:** Col. Del Valle, 10 minutes from Metro 20 de Noviembre (Green Line) **What are we looking for?** * **3 to 5 years** of experience in: procurement of hardware or software technology solutions — e.g., IT Buyer, Procurement Officer, Acquisition Consultant, Procurement Specialist for Technology. * Intermediate English highly desirable (not mandatory) * 2 to 3 years of experience in customs and international purchasing terms, procurement logistics, import control and procedures, cargo clearance, customs documentation (invoices, customs declarations, associated costs), and container arrival through to final destination * 3 to 4 years of experience in procurement of digital or electronic products, licensing, and technology; experience in medical equipment or medical supplies is highly desirable. Experience managing procurement in ERP systems such as: Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Epicor, Nav, etc. * Familiarity with electronic processes, EDI, supplier portals, or corporate marketplaces. * 3 to 4 years of experience in comparative analysis, contract administration, delivery terms, purchase orders, invoicing, administrative controls, payment vs. budget tracking, etc. Procurement process via RFI, RFP, and RFQ. * Methodology or model for acquiring tangible and intangible services (e.g., negotiation of purchase conditions, delivery timelines, resolutions, returns, etc.) * Development of procedural manuals, goods flow documentation, payment processes, delivery logistics, warehousing, and distribution. * Knowledge of budget preparation and execution (Strategic Planning and Balanced Scorecard experience is desirable) * Management of KPIs, metrics, and service levels with suppliers; preparation of profitability, margin, earnings, and forecasting reports. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education — incomplete **Desired Experience Level:** Entry Level **Departmental Function:** Administrative / Secretarial **Industry:** Medical Devices **Skills:** * Procurement, Customs, RFP, RFI * ERP, SAP, Odoo, Suppliers * Contracts, Invoicing, Equipment * Processes, Procedures * Excel Reports, Comparative Analysis *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a14a00449000031001df4be\&source\=indeed*
