We are seeking a **ServiceNow Developer** ServiceNow Support Team Developer. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the ServiceNow form development lifecycle—from conceptualization through implementation. * Provide ongoing support and development for existing ServiceNow forms, including troubleshooting and remediation. * Collaborate closely on integrations, ensuring continuous support and owning user stories and/or tasks. * Work closely with fellow developers, Product Leadership team, and technical staff to design innovative and impactful solutions. * Play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing features within a dynamic Agile development environment. * Maintain consistently high quality standards at every stage of development. * Provide technical input for new feature requirements, collaborating with business owners and architects. * Guide and mentor less-experienced team members to enhance their skills and foster professional growth. * Actively participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. * Requirements * Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. * Strong knowledge of REST; API/SOAP integration—covering both development and troubleshooting perspectives. * Experience with ServiceNow scripting (business rules, UI pages, UI macros, etc.). * JavaScript programming experience, emphasizing code reuse and adherence to programming best practices. * Excellent understanding of ServiceNow best practices, latest features, and practical implementation and design experience. * Proficiency in Agile methodology, along with unit testing experience. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Understanding of relational database concepts. * **Conversational English** **Preferred experience with any of the following modules:** * App Engine * CSM * HRSD * SLO * RPA Hub * S2P **We Offer:** * 100% nominal compensation scheme * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Additional benefits * Professional Development Plan * Multicultural collaboration We invite you to learn more about us at http://www.neoris.com , Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram: @NEORIS.
