**Join Plata's Brand Ambassador Team!** **PLATA**, a digital financial services and technology company founded in 2022, is seeking an experienced **Ambassador Supervisor** to lead and develop a team committed to inclusion and simplicity in financial services across Mexico. **Job Requirements:** * At least 1 year of experience supervising sales teams. * English (desirable). * Proficiency with G\-Suite tools. * Own transportation. * Experience in face-to-face sales and/or customer service. * Proactive attitude and ability to efficiently solve problems. * Ability to ensure achievement of established metrics and objectives. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to motivate and develop team members. **Job Responsibilities:** * Accompany ambassadors in the field, providing mentorship and ongoing support. Generate reports and follow-ups to ensure ambassadors meet their goals and comply with established KPIs. * Supervise ambassadors' daily activities, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Provide continuous training and development to enhance team skills and competencies. * Plan and coordinate team activities, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines and objectives are met. Maintain constant communication with other departments to align efforts and optimize resources. * Conduct periodic performance and operational analyses, identify areas for improvement, and propose corrective actions. Implement continuous improvement practices to increase efficiency and service quality. * Report incidents to the Human Resources department, ensuring timely and clear communication regarding any issues affecting team operations.
