Job Description **OBJECTIVE**: Ensure that customer specifications are implemented by the product development team. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Collaborate internationally to ensure customer requirements are executed and communicated to subsequent levels of the team. * Agree upon and consolidate customer specifications and ensure they are available to the team. * Import and export specifications into databases. * Maximize reuse of common requirements across documents, products, and customers. * Plan and participate in/support A\-SPICE audits as required, providing relevant information to the department. Experience and Requirements * Minimum 4 years of experience in R\&D areas focused on technology and product development. * Advanced English proficiency. * Experience managing customer requirements. * Proficiency with tools for requirements management processes. * (Stages, JIRA, DOORS, Yakindu Traceability, Lessons Learned, MS\- Project Server, Automotive SPICE/ASPICE) Knowledge of ASPICE development within the organization, focused on requirements.
