You must develop and execute continuous improvement plans, conduct internal and external audits, and analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement. Quality Management, ensuring compliance and understanding of the ISO standard for proper application to the organization's processes. Requirements: Education: Industrial Engineering, Management Systems Administration or related field, degree and professional license required. Knowledge and/or Experience Mandatory: Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing, maintaining, and improving ISO-certified management systems. Minimum 3 years of experience planning, conducting, and managing internal and external audits. Important: Management and administration of Non-Conformities, Action Plans, Risk Analysis, Process Mapping of Management Systems Desirable: Minimum 1 year of experience in the logistics industry, experience using management system platforms, interpretation of the ISO standard Intermediate level English We offer: Monthly base salary of $22,000 net.
