*HELADOS SHANNON is a 100% Mexican company with 30 years of experience in the marketing, manufacturing, and distribution of ingredients for the food industry.* **We are looking for: Quality Assistant** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Food Science, or having completed studies or internships, with practical experience or work experience in the food industry. * Excellent appearance, good communication skills, service-oriented attitude, organized, responsible, honest. * Minimum of 1 year verifiable experience, PREFERABLY in the food industry. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Updating technical data sheets * Assisting the quality team in implementing corrective and preventive actions * Supporting internal and external audits by providing necessary technical information or records * Recording traceability information * Obtaining quality certificates * Safeguarding all department-related information * Participating in staff training on quality and food safety topics * Reporting any deviations or non-conformities promptly * Maintaining documentation updated and organized according to internal procedures * Performing administrative tasks required by the quality department **WE OFFER:** * Monthly gross salary of $11,100 pesos, paid biweekly * Immediate hiring * Statutory benefits (social security from day one, vacation, Christmas bonus, vacation premium, profit sharing) **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and Saturdays from 09:00 to 15:00 Job type: Full-time Salary: $11,100.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract Work location: On-site position
