(Degree required) **Language**: Advanced English (Conversational) Willingness to travel (domestic and international) **Knowledge** * Motorcycle mechanics * Motorcycle parts **Experience**: Minimum 5 years in a similar managerial role involving product launches, project management, cost analysis, profitability and price elasticity analysis, product portfolio management (SKU, lifecycle, turnover), pricing, margins, and channel-specific discounts (wholesale, retail, e-commerce, export, etc.) **Position Objective:** Manage the motorcycle parts product lifecycle—from market research and development through commercialization—ensuring products meet customer needs, contribute to business margins, and align with the global Parts strategy. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the product portfolio: monitor turnover, obsolescence, sales, and margins; propose additions, deletions, or substitutions based on performance. * Establish differentiated pricing and margin strategies by channel, region, and customer, ensuring sustained competitiveness and profitability. * Design packaging and presentation strategies per channel (wholesale, retail, e-commerce), considering logistics costs, perceived value, and standardization. * Develop technical marketing plans and commercial promotions aligned with product lifecycle stages and volume/margin objectives. * Coordinate new product launches and ECR (Engineering Change Request) processes with all involved departments (procurement, logistics, engineering, quality, and sales). * Conduct field visits to our distributors, parts stores, CESITs, and workshops to understand market and end-customer needs and requirements. **Work Location:** Lerma **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with the position profile * Grocery vouchers * Punctuality bonus * Attendance bonus * Statutory benefits (effective from day one) * Life insurance
