If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match. **Job Description** **We are looking for:** Junior Process Engineer **Position Objective:** Design, implement, maintain, and improve the production system aligned with the strategic objectives set by management, supporting activities such as time and motion studies, balancing of production lines and work centers, creation of technical documentation required for assembly, and execution of projects in accordance with the industrial area’s mission and vision. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Chemical Engineering, Chemical-Industrial Engineering or related field. Degree holder. * **Experience:** +2 years of experience in the Automotive Industry (ideal) or assembly plant. * **Language:** Intermediate to Advanced English **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards in production processes. * Plan and calculate the human and technological resources required for product manufacturing. * Optimize production processes through continuous improvement projects and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. * Innovate in work methods, materials, and technologies to achieve departmental objectives. * Analyze and define standard times, station balancing, and product flow. * Ensure correct implementation of engineering changes on assembly lines. * Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation (Process Sheets, WES Sheets, Precedence Charts, Visual Aids, etc.). * Design and optimize layouts to improve material, supply, and personnel flow. * Participate in and lead industrial and product development projects. * Manage and track DCNs and containment actions resulting from engineering changes. * Develop and update technical information.
