Opportunity for legal research and legislative analysis **Bustamante \+ Freyre is seeking talent** Position: Legal Intern – Environmental Law Location: Mexico City Work Mode: In-person Schedule: Part-time / compatible with academic activities At Bustamante \+ Freyre, a firm specialized in environmental, regulatory, energy, and sustainability services, we seek to integrate into our legal team an individual interested in professional development within the environmental and regulatory sector. Desired Profile: * Final-semester law student or recent law graduate. * Interest in and/or prior experience in environmental, regulatory, or administrative law. * Intermediate English (reading and writing preferred). * Excellent legal writing and analytical skills. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Availability to provide in-person office support, project follow-up, and external proceedings. We seek individuals with: * Responsibility and commitment. * Organization and attention to detail. * Capacity for legal research. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Teamwork orientation and openness to learning. * Genuine interest in sustainability, environmental regulation, and regulatory compliance. Main Responsibilities: * Support in drafting and reviewing legal and regulatory documents. * Research and analysis of environmental and administrative legislation. * Tracking of procedures before environmental and regulatory authorities. * Support in compiling legal files and reports. * Review of environmental legal compliance. * Support in comprehensive environmental consulting and ESG projects. * Support in proceedings and administrative actions before government agencies and administrative authorities.
