**Operations Coordinator** **Location:** State of Mexico (Tepotzotlán) **Area:** Operations – Freight Transportation **Position Objective** Supervise, coordinate and optimize daily freight transportation operations, ensuring compliance with service schedules, proper use of resources, logistics efficiency, and satisfaction of internal and external customers. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise vehicle reception to assess hauling capacity and general equipment condition. * Coordinate compliance with daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational schedules. * Monitor adherence to delivery time windows and assigned schedules according to daily planning. * Ensure proper usage, rotation, and physical condition of motorized and trailer equipment. * Coordinate with the maintenance department the scheduling of preventive and corrective services. * Supervise accurate billing, documentation, and daily order deliveries. * Provide drivers with corresponding documentation and instruction letters for trip execution. * Record services in the system and authorize vehicle departures according to internal policies. * Generate and send service status reports to internal and external customers. * Supervise and promote compliance with operational safety policies and participate in relevant training sessions. * Download and review attendance records of operational staff for payroll purposes. **Requirements and Knowledge** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Transportation and Logistics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 verifiable years in operations within the freight transportation sector. * Knowledge of vehicle supervision, operational control, maintenance scheduling, and document management. * Proficiency in digital tools, dispatch systems, and operational control software. * Basic English (conversational, written, and spoken). * Valid Class C driver's license. * **Availability to work in Tepotzotlán and surrounding areas.** **Ideal Candidate Profile** Professional with operational leadership, analytical thinking, and results-oriented approach.
