The purpose of this position is to disseminate the message of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints worldwide. This is accomplished, in part, by creating engaging, unified messages with greater reach and efficiency. The Church’s messages are delivered via television, film, the internet, print media, mobile devices, social media, and other distribution channels in multiple languages. We continually seek new, better, and innovative ways to bring the world closer to Christ. Responsibilities: * Edit audio, video, photographs, etc., for the creation of digital and printed materials. * Under supervision, assist in creating digital and printed materials. * Review and make stylistic corrections, edit texts, and create written content. * Support the planning, coordination, and broadcasting of events. * Provide support to the department in other areas as assigned. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Audiovisual Production, Audiovisual Arts, or a related field. * 1–3 years of entry-level experience in photo, audio, and video editing. * Strong spelling and writing skills. * Proficiency in photo, audio, and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred). * English proficiency at B2 level.
