Description and details of responsibilities * Support customs clearance of goods. * Physical and documentary inspection of goods. * Assist in customs examination. * Support sampling, incident handling, and procedures before authorities. * Register examinations timely and accurately. * Report results to the customs broker. * Respond to requests from the immediate supervisor. Experience and Requirements * 1 year of experience. * Bachelor's degree. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). * Ability to read customs documents. * Basic terminology in International Trade. * Customs Agent Competency Standard. * Service-oriented attitude. * Strong verbal communication skills.
