Supervise the production process to ensure planned quality and productivity according to the business unit, customer requirements, and internal procedures. 2\. Coordinate and manage area-specific projects in accordance with internal procedures (CDQ’s) and external customer procedures (APQP’s). 3\. Develop and implement RPP objectives within the manufacturing area to ensure achievement of VSL’s production and quality goals. 4\. Coordinate and organize periodic review meetings with support departments to update the status of the various RPP projects defined for the current year, facilitating their implementation. 5\. Monitor IPN indicators—OEE, plant capacity, lessons learned, and quality claims in the area—to ensure implementation in manufacturing processes. 6\. Participate in process and quality audits (internal/external) to understand reported findings and ensure follow-up and implementation of corrective actions. 7\. Promote safety, health, environmental protection, and energy performance improvement in accordance with current versions of ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 / ISO 50001, as well as compliance with CD03800 and applicable regulations. Review approval for Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) issuance jointly with the project coordinator and QMM to meet internal and external quality specifications and standards. * Plan and implement product manufacturing processes according to capacity expansion requirements specified in the Capacity Chart issued by the lead plant, FMEA diagrams, and control plans, to meet production specifications and business development goals. * Create and analyze machinery specifications and approve new equipment. * Understand machinery and equipment installation processes for maintenance purposes. * Coordinate process validation to ensure operation in accordance with specifications and scheduled timelines. * Analyze component consumption for product manufacturing. * Create critical spare parts lists for replenishment. * Plan, review, and execute tests for process updates according to product requirements. * Supervise and implement updates to new product manufacturing procedures and maintain standardization. * Track non-conformities identified during internal and external audits, and implement necessary process improvements to meet requirements. * Ensure achievement of annual RPP (Ratio Project Planning) objectives set by the plant for the VSL. * Conduct quarterly tracking of RPP project implementation in the VSL through the multidisciplinary team. * Serve as the key contact between CTG and VSL departments for RPP matters. * Review and coordinate RPP ideas that generate added value to the product within the VSL area, together with departments involved in the value chain. * Analyze RPP projects and provide technical and financial information to cost analysts and CTG management to support understanding and feasibility evaluation. * Organize, lead, or participate in multifunctional meetings or workshops to facilitate RPP project implementation in the VSL. * Responsible for reporting incidents, hazards, risks, opportunities, negative environmental impacts, and areas for energy performance improvement, as well as fulfilling operational control responsibilities in one’s work area related to safety, health, environment, and energy. * Know and execute the emergency response plan; * Participate in implementing the Safety, Health, Environment, and Energy Policies in daily activities, as well as guidelines related to applicable regulations. **Requirements** Product implementation in processes Intermediate Manufacturing processes and new processes Intermediate Problem Solving Intermediate Statistical tools Intermediate SAP\-P81 system Intermediate APQP Elementary Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) English \- Intermediate **Additional Information** Get to know more about how we work at Bosch and our new open positions on our social networks: * Facebook: Bosch Talento México * Instagram: Bosch Campus México * LinkedIn: Bosch México
