Our Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the daily production plan by coordinating and developing continuous improvement skills within the Manufacturing Department while meeting standards on production lines, performing activities such as: ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Supervise, train, and provide support to direct production personnel; likewise, coordinate their activities. * Monitor and ensure adherence to daily production schedules according to production control requirements. * Floor supervision of process-related activities. * Develop action plans for assigned KPIs involving support departments. * Provide guidance in determining the necessary steps to achieve optimal machine and process efficiency. * Define and introduce new processes/equipment according to process specifications.
