Quality System, Full-time, Professional. **Position Objective:** Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System through controlled documentation management, LPA audit coordination, corrective action tracking, and effective communication of key information. Contribute to reducing internal complaints and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards, aligning with organizational objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** **Continuous Improvement and LPA Audit Compliance.** * Develop LPA audit schedules and communicate them to production, quality, and support teams. * Update and communicate compliance status to production and quality teams. * Establish and track LPA corrective actions. * Share LPA audit results and conduct trend analysis of LPA findings. **Updating the Controlled Document Platform.** * Upload controlled documents. * Notify teams about obsolete documents. * Review documented information prior to approval. * Manage periodic reviews of the adequacy of Quality Management System documentation. **Systematic Action Determination to Reduce Internal Complaints.** * Include updated controls in LPA for tracking corrective actions. * Assess effectiveness of actions using occurrence trend analysis. **Communication and Training on Relevant Topics.** * Design effective communication tools to promote awareness of quality objectives and relevant information. * Support training for operational staff on the document management system. * Manage digital support tools for the quality department.
