Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to manage annual maintenance plans, establish SOPs, conduct inspections, and optimize energy consumption in the factory. Key Highlights: 1. Lead maintenance and operation of factory systems 2. Train personnel and optimize procedures 3. Manage external communications and specialized equipment **Job Responsibilities:** 1\. Establish annual maintenance plans for various factory systems and be responsible for their implementation. 2\. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each system and be responsible for training shift personnel to ensure rapid and proficient operation. Achieve operational readiness. 3\. Establish a shift inspection system, develop inspection routes, and collect shift reports. 4\. Analyze, organize, and control energy consumption; utilize plant-wide energy data. Break down and allocate enterprise knowledge usage. 5\. Responsible for external communications related to factory matters and specialized equipment. Manage accounting and maintenance. 6\. Implement and execute other tasks assigned by superiors. **Job Requirements:** 1\. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or other engineering disciplines. **Experience: Proficiency in English (mandatory).** 2\. More than 5 years of factory work experience, with familiarity with SMT factory workers. Suitable environment 3\. Familiar with the operation and maintenance of semiconductor cleanrooms, with strong HVAC capabilities. Basic knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems, including air conditioning, ice water, hot water, CDA, and vacuum systems. Proficiency in basic semiconductor wastewater systems and special gas chemical systems. Understanding. 4\. Familiar with the operation and operational principles of cleanroom HVAC equipment, with capability to optimize systems. 5\. Possess other relevant certifications (high- and low-voltage electrician certificate, pressure vessel operator certificate). Certifications for equipment managers and specialized equipment operators will be prioritized. WE OFFER: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:36 p.m. Monthly Salary: MXN $30,000 – $35,000 (depending on experience). Thirteenth-month bonus: 28 days. Vacation bonus: 35%.
