Position Summary: Pineda Covalin is seeking a Costs Coordinator to manage accounting records, inventory valuation, and cost analysis in the fashion industry. Key Highlights: 1. Monitors cost of sales by branch PINEDA COVALIN, an internationally recognized Mexican fashion company, is seeking a **Costs Coordinator** with the following profile: * Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting * Intermediate / Advanced Excel Key Responsibilities: 1\. Record accounting entries related to imports of merchandise, raw materials, and other purchases. 2\. Prepare and review inventory valuation reports by location as of the last day of each month; identify discrepancies between these reports and the Trial Balance. 3\. Review and analyze data from special accounting system accounts and, if necessary, record supplementary journal entries. 4\. Update product costs in the system. 5\. Review and validate accounting data for creating new product categories. 6\. Monitor and review cost of sales integration by branch. 7\. Schedule payments for assigned services. 8\. Prepare and update the reconciliation report for payable transfers. 9\. Generate the monthly sales report for consigned merchandise, for control purposes, receipt of CFDIs, registration in ODOO, and timely payment. 10\. Experience conducting physical inventory counts.
