An electrical industry company is seeking an **electrical construction controller** with field experience to manage resources, installation orders, and operational control of electrical projects. **Responsibilities** * Achieve the strategic objectives established by the organization. * Coordinate information flow with Cima Eléctrico: tracking emails, official letters, and client documents. * Prepare service requests and maintain record control. * Collect protocols and invoices from each project for delivery and acceptance procedures with CFE. * Organize and maintain orderly information and files for each project. * Provide labor registration data to the accounting department for recording SIROC, SUA (Social Security Internal Control), and IDSE (IMSS) entries. * Monitor comparative quotations with subcontractors together with the Budget Department and Construction Management. * Support the administration and monitoring of small projects for the Construction Management team. * Deliver information to ACCOUNTING for preparation of records and reports: project registration with IMSS, financial progress reporting. * Prepare supervisor assignment letters for each project and obtain the corresponding signatures. * Hire labor services according to the subcontractor process. * Collaborate with supervisors to prepare the weekly operational personnel and machinery schedule for ongoing projects. * Verify that material requests align with each project's execution plan and that requested quantities fall within the contracted scope. * Coordinate and monitor physical and financial progress of ongoing projects according to each project's planning. * Prepare project completion letters. * **Requirements** * Proven experience in electrical sector projects or construction works. * Knowledge of personnel management and project control. * Leadership skills and decision-making ability. * Immediate availability and willingness to work on-site. * Strong communication and client management skills.
