Although you will work closely with chefs and service staff, your primary focus will be cleaning, descaling, washing, and maintaining the dishwashing area and tableware. **In this position, you will be responsible for:** * Performing deep cleaning, washing, and descaling of pots, pans, trays, and large kitchen utensils (dishwashing area). * Operating washing systems (manual or machine) correctly, ensuring efficient use of cleaning chemicals. * Maintaining order, arrangement, and organization of tableware, glassware, and plates in assigned areas. * Ensuring continuous cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen floors, walls, hoods, and workstations. * Assisting in the timely removal of garbage and organic waste from food production areas. * Collaborating with kitchen supervisors to ensure equipment is ready and in optimal condition during service hours. * Promoting a culture focused on hygiene, mutual respect, camaraderie, and adherence to restaurant standards. * Generally assisting with other cleaning or kitchen support tasks as needed. **We are looking for candidates who have:** * Completed elementary or junior high school (preferred). * **Prior experience or deep interest in working in kitchen operations within the restaurant / hospitality industry.** * Experience or familiarity with cleaning agents, degreasers, and washing heavy-duty utensils. * Strong organizational skills, physical stamina, and passion for maintaining immaculate spaces. * Positive attitude, punctuality, teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure, quickly, and with a strong sense of urgency. **We offer:** * **Base monthly salary of $9,750\.** * 3% savings fund. * Statutory benefits. * Free cafeteria service (staff meals). * Job stability and a safe work environment. * Opportunity for internal development and growth within the kitchen team.
