Description

We are seeking a **Customer Service Executive**, responsible for providing customer support, assistance, and follow-up to ensure an excellent customer experience and proper coordination of calibration and testing services. **Location:** Av. Peñuelas \#5\-Int. 18, Querétaro, Qro. **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation and follow-up of quotations for calibration and testing services. * Direct customer interaction: resolving inquiries, updating status, and timely follow-up. * Logistics coordination for instrument receipt and delivery. * Review of contracts, purchase orders, and commercial agreements. * Creation and updating of customer information in the Sysmey system. * Organization and control of files. * Verification of data for issuing test result reports. **Candidate Profile:** * Completed high school education (mandatory). * Technical/commercial-administrative training or related bachelor’s degree preferred. * Minimum **2 years of customer service experience**. * Experience in billing or sales is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet usage. * Basic English (reading comprehension). * Excellent customer interaction skills, negotiation ability, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure. Salary: $12,000 – $15,000 MXN per month (take-home pay) Statutory Benefits (IMSS, Infonacot, Infonavit, year-end bonus, vacation pay) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Position Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 MXN per month Education: * Completed high school (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
