




Position Summary: Serves customers utilizing the Laredo and Nuevo Laredo Terminal services, coordinating logistics from request initiation through delivery, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and conditions. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive customer service for terminal operations. 2. End-to-end logistics chain management and trip tracking. 3. Collaboration with operations to ensure service delivery. **Job Description:** Serves customers requiring Laredo and Nuevo Laredo Terminal services, tracking each service from initial customer request, confirmation with Laredo/Nuevo Laredo operations, quoting the sales price, monitoring trip progress for the customer, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment per agreement. **Objectives:** Respond to customer requests. Quote and finalize the sales price based on Gamer/AIB policies and procedures. Schedule accepted services with operations and track all customer-initiated changes, applying additional charges or discounts as required. Monitor service execution until trip completion (including closing system orders and preparing documentation for the billing department). **Primary Responsibilities:** * Review customer emails and schedule loads with operations according to capacity. * Quote agreed-upon loads with the customer to finalize the sales price upon confirmation. * Enter confirmed loads into the McLeod/GM system with verified sales pricing. * Forward the list of accepted loads to Operations so they may assign the corresponding container number and required equipment. * Track operational status to notify the customer of: container arrival at origin, cargo loading, departure from origin, arrival at the border, border crossing departure, arrival at the Laredo yard, and departure from the Laredo yard to final destination; additionally, request proof-of-delivery (POD) documentation. * Verify system load orders to ensure all required documents are present, preventing delays in billing and payment processing. * If modifications occur to the original agreement, promptly inform operations, quote any additional costs, and update them in the system. * At all times, respond to customer complaints or issues during one’s shift and escalate them to the operations team for immediate corrective action. * Submit load progress reports based on company GPS data twice per work shift (at start and end of shift). **Requirements:** * Ability to create, interpret, and implement reports and metrics. * Strong prioritization skills. * High sense of urgency. * Ability to work under pressure. * Teamwork orientation. * Proficiency in corporate transportation systems. **Work Location:** * Transportes AIBL Nuevo Laredo **Desired Qualifications:** * **Education**: Logistics Intern or Engineer / International Business Intern or Bachelor’s Degree holder. * **Employment stability in previous roles.** * **Experience**: 2 years in related fields. * **Knowledge**: Advanced English, Microsoft Office, business processes, logistics. **Compensation:** * Competitive salary. * Professional development, training, and growth opportunities within sales and logistics. * Statutory benefits: Social Security, paid vacation, year-end bonus.
