Global leader in real estate services firm; we are seeking your talent — join our outstanding team as a COST MANAGER. What are we looking for? Civil Engineer or Architect. English: Intermediate/Advanced. Experience: \+2 years of experience as Project Manager or Cost Manager, including experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Software: AutoCAD, MS Project, PAQ. Office, Revit. Proactive, responsible, committed, and solution-oriented. What will you do? Analyze unit prices, costs, and project budgets. Review catalogs of items (activities, quantities, and prices); generate databases and reconcile contractors. Prepare and maintain necessary controls to ensure proper information flow for each project, aligned with its specific requirements. Manage quotations with suppliers and bidders as required by project needs, including reviewing and analyzing proposals for comparative evaluation and client presentation to support decision-making. Must be highly organized, as you will handle contractual information, project data, estimates, quotations, and other critical project-related information. Strong analytical capability to review economic proposals and quotations, plus proactivity in identifying cost-saving opportunities within quotations. Economic management of the project, including payment of estimates, procurement, supplier payments, etc. · Document control and platform tracking of project progress toward achieving its objectives, with direct and personal communication with the construction team.
