




Job Summary: Worley seeks a Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects for compression-measurement stations in Oil & Gas, ensuring contractual compliance and team coordination. Define project objectives and design methods to achieve them; develop a deep understanding of client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies. Plan, organize, manage, and control projects in alignment with Worley’s established and approved policies, procedures, systems, and requirements. Supervise project personnel through subordinate leaders. Project managers will demonstrate the leadership skills necessary to achieve project objectives. **Responsibilities:** Execute the field construction inspection group, interact with the main contractor for compression\-measurement stations and the project management team (client). Supervise contractor and subcontractor compliance with project construction requirements and industry best practices. Review change orders. • Lead all inspection activities for construction of compression, measurement, regulation, and control stations. • Advanced knowledge and experience in construction of compression\-measurement stations, pipelines, and related facilities. Advanced knowledge of right-of-way works, surveying, excavation, excavation grading, sand bedding or fine material, pipe lowering, coating inspection, and backfilling. Intermediate knowledge of construction techniques such as horizontal directional drilling (HDD), direct pipe installation, pulling rollers, instrumentation and control, welding, coating, facility commissioning, etc. • The Construction Manager reports directly to the Project Manager and works closely with all areas of the project team. • Manage and coordinate construction discrepancies with contractors to meet schedule and deliverables for all construction tasks executed within the agreed scope of work and specifications. • Manage and coordinate project construction activities, project controls, QA/QC, document control, health, safety, and environment (HSE), and commissioning. • Interface with project engineering and procurement. • Assist in identifying and reviewing scope-of-work variations. • Verify that customer-supplied materials are inspected and received, and report on their usage. • Work closely with the project team and contractors to ensure work completion per required design, specifications, and regulations. • Assist in managing interfaces between contractors to minimize project schedule delays. • Ensure contractor compliance with QA/QC and HSE policies and procedures. • Strong problem-solving skills to support project progress, analyze and evaluate engineering discrepancies, and implement appropriate resolutions. **Requirements:** Software, processes, and tools: • Outlook • Office • Excel • Basic P6 knowledge Language: Spanish; technical English reading proficiency.
