You will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, order tracking, supplier sourcing, and inventory control, ensuring efficiency and compliance in purchasing processes. **Responsibilities:** * Request quotations and follow up with suppliers. * Issue purchase orders and ensure their proper delivery. * Maintain an updated supplier database. * Support inventory management and warehouse control. * Review invoices and coordinate with the payments department. * Continuously seek better prices and purchasing terms. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems. * Negotiation and communication skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Intermediate English.
