After each MRP run, each raw material part number is analyzed, system suggestions are compared against actual demand, and either the system-suggested release is approved or a new one is generated. * Monitors delivery performance of each supplier. Weekly, required vs. shipped quantities are tracked to assess compliance and identify any delays and their causes. * Coordinates with Purchasing to ensure correct supplier documentation for warehouse entry into PLEX, maintaining the PLEX database updated with required parameters. * Prepares raw material procurement forecasts based on requirements. Future demand is verified and a forecast is developed for purchasing to meet that demand. * Optimizes freight. Reviews weekly shipments to use only necessary transportation at minimum cost. * Conducts daily analysis of customer demand. Compares prior days’ demand with current demand to confirm whether there are cancellations or expedites for raw materials. Participates in the plant Taskforce team, ensuring raw material availability at the plant. **VI. COMMUNICATIONS / RELATIONSHIPS – INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL** ***Internal:*** **Production.** Communicates customer priorities to ensure on-time and complete deliveries. **Traffic.** Ensures timely transportation and customs clearance of raw materials to guarantee arrival at Plant and complete documentation from suppliers to ensure smooth operation of the customs broker. **Customer Service.** Communicates to ensure demand coverage aligned with their needs. **Quality.** Communicates to ensure raw materials meet specifications; in case of rejections, ensures replacement. **Planning.** Reviews customer increases, decreases, expedites or production delays. **Purchasing.** Provides raw material forecasts, monitors supplier database, updates pricing and supplier information, analyzes supplier delivery performance to initiate corrective actions if needed, loads information into the supply net. **Engineering.** New and ongoing projects, introduction of new products, changes to current product structures, material parameter changes. **Finance:** Reports raw material transit status, monitors supplier payments, analyzes inventory, ensures accurate material receipt at the plant. **Warehouse:** Maintains updated documentation for raw material receipt, delivers import documentation for raw material system registration, ensures proper storage of raw materials, and verifies receipt of quantities indicated on invoices. **EHS:** Compliance with safety and environmental guidelines. ***External:*** * **Suppliers.** Raw material procurement, daily confirmation of shipments, demand changes, freight analysis, raw material availability, increases/decreases or cancellations. * **Corporate.** Reports on supplier delivery performance, onboarding of new suppliers, or material changes with existing suppliers. * **Customer:** Support during audits and understanding of their requirements. * **Third-Party Auditors:** Support during audits. **VII.
