Opportunity with a leading E-Commerce company. **Executive Assistant/Accounting Assistant** **Job Title:** Accounting Assistant **Location:** CDMX (Hybrid) **Reports to:** Finance Department. **Employment Type:** Full-time, hybrid. This position combines accounting responsibilities with executive support to optimize administrative and financial management at a leading company in Digital Platform Sales and E\-Commerce. **Main Responsibilities** * Record and verify accounting transactions: supplier payments, invoices, bank charges, inventory, and daily bank reconciliations. * Process journal entries, update accounts receivable/payable, prepare DIOT, tax provisions (IMSS, ISR), and assist with tax filings and payroll. * Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, travel, events, and operational logistics (purchasing, contracts, expense reports, and corporate cards). * Support preparation of financial reports, monthly/annual financial statements, budgets, and internal/external audits. * Manage internal/external communications, digital/physical files, and requests with strict confidentiality. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience as an accountant or accounting assistant in SMEs or import companies. * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree obtained or currently completing graduation process), knowledge of Mexican accounting standards (SAT, NIF), and software proficiency including Advanced Excel (pivot tables). * Executive skills: organization, proactivity, calendar management, and discretion when supporting senior management. * Results-oriented mindset in dynamic environments. * Experience in executive and administrative assistance, including calendar management and expense reporting; Intermediate-level Excel proficiency required (pivot table usage, mandatory). * Experience in SAP Business One or Odoo implementation and management (essential). * Strong executive support and effective communication skills, both written and verbal. * Knowledge and experience in administrative tasks such as activity organization and coordination. * Additional skills such as ability to work in dynamic environments, multitasking, and maintaining confidentiality will be valued. * Excellent personal presentation.
