




Company dedicated to the sale of luxury vessels is looking for an Administrative Accounting Assistant (Corporation Records and Insurance Assistant) **Responsibilities:** * SAP system administration (accounting records) * Invoicing * Control of original documentation * Database administration * Customer service and follow-up * Preparation of payment receipts * Processing supplier payments Requirements Partial or completed bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, finance, or related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience performing the activities mentioned. **MANDATORY SAP KNOWLEDGE** **ADVANCED INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED ENGLISH** Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and general Office suite Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM Type of position: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Education: * Partial or ongoing bachelor's degree (Desirable) Experience: * SAP: 1 year (Required) Language: * Advanced English (Required) Workplace: On-site position
