Position Summary: We are seeking a legal professional to manage litigation, coordinate external attorneys, monitor contingencies, and conduct legal risk analysis within the agro-industrial sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive litigation management and procedural strategy development. 2. Coordination of external attorneys and monitoring of contingencies. 3. Main Responsibilities: * Comprehensive litigation management, including case file review, complaints, audits, requests, and resolutions; defining procedural strategies, defenses, appeal mechanisms, and alternative dispute resolution options. * Coordination of external attorneys, monitoring contingencies and litigation through coordination and execution of activities, and providing users with regular updates on case status and progress. * Contingency control, proactively and effectively monitoring contingencies, and developing mechanisms for risk identification, reporting, and assessment. * Risk analysis and legal reporting through the generation and monitoring of management and control reports, aligned with applicable regulations and corporate standards. **Requirements:** --------------- **We are seeking professionals who meet the following profile:** **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Law (**Degree holder**). **Field or specialization:** Corporate Law / Financial Law (preferred). **Experience:** Minimum 6 years, maximum 8 years of professional practice handling legal matters. **Willingness to travel.** **Intermediate English proficiency required.** **Knowledge:** Microsoft Office, ease of use of applications, artificial intelligence tools, financial operations, commercial contracts, corporate governance, civil/commercial/labor litigation.
