The company is looking for a manager for its call center to lead an emerging sales project. Candidates must have proven experience in developing sales teams, demonstrating dynamism, proactivity, and a positive attitude toward achieving objectives. Call Center Manager Requirements and Tools: Proficiency in ABS and Triple C 1 (CCC1\) platforms is essential for this position. Although English is not mandatory, it is considered a competitive advantage due to the influx of foreign customers in the region. This role is 100% on-site and does not require travel availability. Call Center Manager Compensation and Structure: The base salary for this position ranges from 25,000 to 27,000 net pesos, supplemented by a variable commission scheme based on sales quota attainment. The candidate will lead an initial team of nine people, which has growth potential. Experience: 3 to 5 years as a Manager or with verifiable personnel management experience.
