Support in administrative tasks and expense card control The accounting firm seeks a Treasury Assistant whose primary responsibilities include managing various banking portals, generating reports produced within those banking portals, setting up accounts, downloading bank statements, paying various services, performing mass supplier payments using the formats provided by the banking portals (e.g., Ley Out), daily balance reconciliation against Excel reports, preparing various generated reports, issuing checks, controlling expense cards issued for travel allowances, and supporting various administrative tasks. Courier handling is included. 1 year of experience as a Treasury Assistant required. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
