Focus on continuous process improvement **JOB OBJECTIVE** Ensure efficient control, recording, and analysis of the company’s cash flows, payments, financing activities, and financial projections, supporting strategic decision-making and contributing to resource optimization. This position has a career progression path toward **Treasury Manager**, thus requiring a candidate with analytical vision, leadership potential, and a continuous improvement mindset. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** **Treasury Operational Management:** Daily bank balance control and reconciliation; preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements; management of supplier payments, payroll, and tax obligations; scheduling and tracking of domestic and international transfers; petty cash and fixed fund controls for branches or projects. **Financial Planning:** Cash flow forecasting per project, business unit, or cost center; analysis of variances between actual vs. forecasted cash flow; participation in liquidity and financing strategy planning. **Relationship with Financial Institutions:** Support in credit management, financing lines, and guarantees; interest, commission, and financial cost control; tracking of banking documentation and account opening procedures. **Process Control and Improvement:** Proposal and implementation of treasury and internal control process improvements; ensuring accurate posting of transactions into accounting or ERP systems; preparation of executive reports and financial performance indicators. **Leadership Development:** Participation in cross-departmental projects to strengthen management skills; collaboration with Accounting, Finance, and Project teams to align strategies; training and gradual assumption of responsibilities in financial direction and control. **REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (graduated or advanced intern).
