Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Accounts Payable Analyst to handle invoice and expenditure registration, validation, and control, ensuring tax compliance and accurate payment reconciliation. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for invoice and expenditure registration, validation, and control. 2. Ensures tax compliance and accurate payment reconciliation. 3. Supports monthly closing processes and document control. At Firma Car, we are looking for a **Junior Accounts Payable Analyst** responsible for executing invoice and expenditure registration, validation, and control, ensuring tax compliance and accurate reconciliation with payment scheduling. **Responsibilities:** **1\. Invoice Validation and Registration** * Fiscal review of CFDIs (taxes, concepts, legal entity name). * Validation of credit notes, ISR/IVA withholdings, and fiscal requirements. * Review of invoices for assets, insurance, commissions, and travel expenses. * Identification of deductible / non-deductible expenses. **2\. Payment and Expenditure Management** * Registration of payment requests and control of monthly expenditures. * Reconciliation of payments against received invoices. * Coordination with Treasury for payment scheduling. * Issuance and control of proforma invoices, advance payments, and security deposits. **3\. Internal and Supplier Reconciliations** * Reconciliation of policies, vehicles, assets, GPS, and services. * Comparison of actual costs versus invoiced amounts. * Tracking of anomalies with operational departments. * Reconciliation for monthly closings with Accounting. **4\. Document Control and Operational Support** * Filing and control of invoices, policies, and supporting documents. * Organization of documentary support for audits. * Support in monthly closing processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * **1–2 years of experience** in Treasury or Accounts Payable. * Knowledge of CFDI review and fiscal validation. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Preferred: ERP experience. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. **We Offer** * Competitive salary ($15,000 to $17,000 SMB) * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Job stability * Dynamic and collaborative work environment Are you interested in joining Firma Car?
