Position Summary: We are seeking a Financial Support professional to generate accounting and tax information for decision-making and to support the accounting department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generation of financial information focused on costs and tax operations. 2. Direct support to the accounting department. 3. Review and classification of accounting records. At NuCore, we continue growing — we are looking for our new team member to fill the role of: **Financial Support** **Location:** Arandas, Jalisco **Work Modality:** On-site **Position Objective** Generate financial information focused on costs and tax operations to support decision-making, as well as provide direct support to the accounting department. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field * **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years as Cost Analyst, General Accountant, or Accounting Assistant * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) and accounting recordkeeping * Preparation of financial projections * ERP system experience (MANDATORY: **CONTPAQi**) **Key Competencies** * Analytical ability and decision-making skills * Emotional intelligence * Customer orientation * Organization and attention to detail **Main Activities** * Review and classification of accounting records. * Preparation of income statements and reports focused on cost analysis, budgeting, and project evaluation. * Review and authorization of scheduled payments by treasury, as well as support to the department when required. * Reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable. * General support to the accounting department aligned with business operations. * Management and coordination of tax-related projects with clients and their accounting or tax departments. * Maintenance and control of corporate documentation. **We Offer** * Biweekly salary * Staff transportation (Arandas) * Quarterly bonus based on achievement of performance indicators * Job stability and professional development **Apply through this channel and join a team focused on financial strength and continuous improvement.** Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Company parking Workplace: On-site employment
