A leading Mexican company in entertainment and plush toy manufacturing with over 30 years of experience, seeking committed talent to join our team at ALVACO ENTERPRISES SA DE CV, SEEKING: ***ACCOUNTING ANALYST*** OBJECTIVE: Ensure proper corporate administration across headquarters and all branches through accounting and administrative controls, guaranteeing the availability of material and financial resources required for company operations in accordance with the annual budget. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related field. **(DEGREE MANDATORY)** * Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting roles. (MANUFACTURING) TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: * Experience handling accounting systems (COI) and tax platforms (SAT). * Knowledge of tax and financial audits. * Implementation of improvements in accounting and tax processes. * Knowledge of Central American tax regulations. * Payroll and salaries in Central America. * Courses or diplomas in tax and financial regulations (desirable). * Certification in electronic accounting or taxation (desirable). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receive cash disbursement requests. * **Receive payroll documents** and collect signatures for authorization, then forward to Treasury. * Collect monthly payments and prepare physical and digital summaries. * Download received invoices. * Categorize rental income and reduce concepts for recording. * Review tax withholdings. * Validate recorded entries against filed declarations. * Download Central American payments and send them to the legal representative for reconciliation with invoices.
