Job Summary: Grupo Fame is seeking an Accounting Analyst for the Banking Department, responsible for reviewing, reconciling, coordinating, and validating bank transactions, as well as proposing process improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for reviewing and reconciling bank transactions. 2. Interdepartmental collaboration to clarify bank transactions. 3. GRUPO FAME IS LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT! **ACCOUNTING ANALYST NEEDED FOR THE BANKING DEPARTMENT** Work Location: Salida Mil Cumbres, Morelia, Mich. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or Accounting student completing internship, or related field. **Responsibilities:** * Import and review daily, weekly, or monthly bank transactions. * Prepare detailed and timely bank reconciliations. * Coordinate with Treasury, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable to clarify transactions. * Validate deposits, transfers, payments, refunds, and collections. * Follow up on rejected transactions, reversals, and potential fraud. * Propose process improvements to reduce errors and reconciliation time. * Ensure compliance with accounting policies and treasury procedures. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:30 pm (two-hour lunch break from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm) * Saturday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm **Offer Includes:** * Starting salary of $12,000 gross * Statutory benefits from day one * Professional growth
