Ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. **MARITAL STATUS:** Not specified. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technical Degree / Diesel Technical Degree. **WORK EXPERIENCE:** Leading service teams and managing workshop resources in the agricultural sector, personnel management, fault diagnosis, component repair. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Coordinate and support technicians in diagnostic tasks, form completion, and access to up-to-date technical information, aiming to ensure accurate diagnostics that minimize repair time, preserve necessary technical information for warranty claims, and provide customers with feedback on repairs performed on their units; report identified faults to the controller for quotation and inform the service advisor of unit completion and delivery to customers. **COMPETENCIES:** Problem analysis and resolution, business opportunity identification, decision-making, conflict management, negotiation, customer orientation, interpersonal relationships, influence and persuasion. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Manage available workshop resources to optimize service turnaround time, available personnel, and improve service area profitability. Advise technicians on high-complexity diagnostics and repairs, as well as on the use of standard repair times, avoiding excessive waiting periods and ensuring proper repairs. Provide feedback to management on completed work and delivery dates to timely inform customers about their units. Schedule equipment calibration, maintenance of production sites, and procurement of tools required for workshop operations. Ensure quality of all work performed in the workshop through random quality checklists or applicable testing, aiming to achieve first-time-right repairs and customer satisfaction. Monitor service indicators—including workshop dwell time, training, workshop productivity—and propose action plans to maintain these indicators within target ranges.
