**Warehouse and Logistics Assistant (Healthcare Sector)** **Veracruz, Ver. | Full-time | On-site** **Overview:** A healthcare sector company is seeking a professional responsible for receiving, verifying, storing, and distributing medical products. This position requires attention to detail, proper inventory management, compliance with health regulations, and support in logistics processes both in the warehouse and in private and public hospitals. **Key Responsibilities** * Receiving, organizing, and verifying products (batches, expiration dates, certificates). * Weekly, monthly, and annual inventory control. * Data entry and shipping documentation in the ERP system. * Support during audits and product rotation. * Preparation of shipping documents and materials for delivery. * Transporting products via official vehicle along assigned routes. * Deliveries to hospitals and clinics in accordance with applicable regulations. * Basic warehouse maintenance and verification of environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, thermo-hygrometers). * Removal and replacement of expired materials. * Ongoing collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, Account Executives, and operational staff. **Requirements** * Education: Technical Superior University degree (TSU) or students pursuing degrees in Administration, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering (or related fields). * Experience: 3 years in warehousing, logistics, or handling medical products (preferred). * Knowledge of health regulations and COFEPRIS standards (preferred). * Valid driver’s license. * Age: 28 to 40 years. **Key Skills** * Attention to detail and organization. * Teamwork. * Organization and adherence to procedures. **We Offer** * Base monthly salary. * Statutory benefits. * Initial training. * Additional benefits.
