Job Summary: We are seeking a Training Leader to coordinate and lead teams, participate in onboarding new hires, and support ongoing training development. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are expanding and seeking talent for the position of: "Training Leader" Requirements: * Completed Bachelor’s degree. * 1 year of experience. * Basic Microsoft Office skills. Technical Skills: * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. Knowledge of AFL Mexico processes. Ability to prioritize activities based on urgency and necessity. Personnel management and leadership. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and lead the Operations training team. * Participate in onboarding new hires and follow up to ensure proper workstation assignment. * Provide continuous feedback and identify training needs. * Support Training and Development activities to prevent customer complaints. * Support maintenance of the continuous improvement system across all shifts and AFL facilities in Mexico. * Maintain up-to-date training and certification records.
